Yfalkson All for it, science should be done carefully, but we can't shun scientific progress. People will always want to eat meat, this has a chance to make a bigger impact then failing to selling veganism.

munchiemummy I always loved it as a kid in sickly sweet Italian style fruit salad. I don't think I've ever had it fresh, though, but if I found it available near me id love to give it a try!
