One of my favorites! I've only prepared bok choy the way my grandma taught me... Letting them sauté for a little then adding water to cook through with oyster sauce

Ooo very Chinese-inspired, I love it. It's how I was taught, as well, by my parents. Some thinly sliced garlic and chili pepper flakes adds a good kick, too! 👍🏼 @lauren

Not necessarily oil from ramps but the deliciously flavored oil created by making ramp pesto. I add extra avocado oil to my pesto recipe just to separate into "ramp oil" for garnishing....
