Not necessarily oil from ramps but the deliciously flavored oil created by making ramp pesto. I add extra avocado oil to my pesto recipe just to separate into "ramp oil" for garnishing. #nofoodwaste (in a way). @sugardetoxme

It's been much easier for sure. The scheduling of meals have definitely helped. I also took snacks into consideration - I snack in between meals so that I'm satiated more often. It's worked wonders.

It's been a bit challenging. I've gone to the extremes of just cleaning and doing a little extra work when I "accidentally" eat late at night and end up sleeping later - no bueno! However, I think...

Yeah staying up later because you ate is definitely no bueno. In those circumstances I would try to eat easy to digest foods, take a free pass and go to bed. Not worth sacrificing your sleep! But...
