What sweets count?
I was wondering what counts. it's obvious candy and basically anything desert counts, but what about cinnamon rolls? pastries? I'm pretty sure those kinds of things do count, but idk.
To avoid unhealthy, sweet desserts start eating sweet tasting fruits like apples or bananas and consider that as a dessert.
