does anyone have EASY vegetarian recipes? my mom never cooks dinner so we have resorted to eating out every day, which in turn, makes me feel sluggish, and is NOT healthy. help!

  • garv Add some dairy proteins to your meal. Labneh will pair well with this one. But yeah , I thought quitting sugar was the toughest challenge from the list
