mrscorco @akhilg2002 yes, but I had made the ginger-scallion sauce ahead of time! Otherwise it was super fast to chop the mushrooms, throw in the ramen, bok choy and other ingredients!

DietID_TeamDietitians =) I love lemon rice so much. My mom whipped up a vermicelli-based version, which happens to cook much faster than rice, so it's a good back up if you're in a rush.
There's some debate on how to clean and store freshly laid eggs. Also, do they taste different? How long do they last? 🐔🐔
