DietID_TeamDietitians @garv can't wait to see how you do! and @charlieemj - definitely jealous of this. I find that oatmeal is something I can eat more slowly because the bites are so dense. Great recipe =)
Coffee shop pit stop lunch. Would probably like (short term) to eat more but thinking about goals instead and staying true - it's about habit!
