LezEngel Have you tried replacing soda with sparkling water? You could even try infusing sparkling water with some slices of citrus fruit for a bit of sweetness & flavor.

i actually ate breakfast which i never do. orange juice and vegetarian sausage patties. obviously not the best, but its better than nothing!

i messed up a little with the No Soda Challenge. but ive had a LOT less than i normally would in one day, so im still proud.

does anyone have EASY vegetarian recipes? my mom never cooks dinner so we have resorted to eating out every day, which in turn, makes me feel sluggish, and is NOT healthy. help!

lillylawrence I have recently taken a liking to tofu, you can make scrambled eggs with firm tofu,cumin,nutritional yeast, and tumuric. Or go extra firm and make spagetti with tofu meatballs
