With @jacmix! I think the absurd amount of cheese took away from any health benefits of cauliflower.

The bottom of ours got a little burnt/stuck to the pan so we had to scrape it off (wasn't as glamorous as eating a normal pizza slice)... Not sure what the fix is but it definitely isn't to use...
