Beet greens for breakfast!
A relative of chard, beet greens cook up just as good with a little olive oil and garlic, so save those tops!

Juliaehale @MaureenS it was amazing. Try olives instead! You'll get that same briny salty flavor without the fish!

Everything in this salad was literally all I had in my fridge. I was inspired by the #NoFoodWaste movement to use up my wilting veggies instead of throwing them out for #compost
