LezEngel Have you tried replacing soda with sparkling water? You could even try infusing sparkling water with some slices of citrus fruit for a bit of sweetness & flavor.

i actually ate breakfast which i never do. orange juice and vegetarian sausage patties. obviously not the best, but its better than nothing!

garv Try muesli , plain yoghurt with fresh fruits , nuts & seeds or whole wheat toast with peanut butter( without sugar)

i messed up a little with the No Soda Challenge. but ive had a LOT less than i normally would in one day, so im still proud.
