at first i was doing really good avoiding soda, but now ive been slacking more. dont get me wrong, im not drinking NEAR as many as i used to a day, but im having trouble sticking to NOT drinking so...
i actually ate breakfast which i never do. orange juice and vegetarian sausage patties. obviously not the best, but its better than nothing!
i messed up a little with the No Soda Challenge. but ive had a LOT less than i normally would in one day, so im still proud.
