garv 8yr Pack your day with fun stuff to do & time your meals well. I agree though , weekends are tough to get by... good luck to ya

annefood 8yr @finaflorence I totally feel ya. In my weekday routine it's much easier to stay on track. @garv 's advice is great. Having fun is a great distraction. If you're out to breakfast with friends, stick to options like an omelette or scramble to avoid added sugar. Egg dishes will help fuel you for the day and start your weekend off on a good foot. Keeping up a well rounded diet with plenty of veggies and protein throughout the day will reduce cravings, and make you less likely to snack at the end of the day. And the weekend is a great time for distraction-free meals because meals with friends and family totally count! Just make sure you're off technology during that meal :)

SallyRogers 8yr This one is tough for me! I find that if I have one of my splurge meals times during the weekend, I do better at sticking with a pseudo-weekday routine before and after because I'm so looking forward to a meal out, or with friends, or a new dessert. I think I'm more committed because I know that splurge is coming!
