Delicious antipasti made with locally foraged greens.
Layered Ricotta & Grape Tomato and Eggplant Caponata topped w/ Miners Lettuce & Sea Beans w/ Ramp Oil. Thanks to Dan from the Foraged Feast for turning me into those greens! #FoodRevolution

Not necessarily oil from ramps but the deliciously flavored oil created by making ramp pesto. I add extra avocado oil to my pesto recipe just to separate into "ramp oil" for garnishing. #nofoodwaste (in a way). @sugardetoxme
Nevia convinced me to grab the remaining few pounds. I'm glad I did.

One of my favorites! I've only prepared bok choy the way my grandma taught me... Letting them sauté for a little then adding water to cook through with oyster sauce

Ooo very Chinese-inspired, I love it. It's how I was taught, as well, by my parents. Some thinly sliced garlic and chili pepper flakes adds a good kick, too! 👍🏼 @lauren
A flavorful way to start my day is with by mixing cultures and ingredients. Recipe: 3 tbsp of Pilon (Cuban Coffee), 1 tbsp of Cocoa Powder (Dominican), 1/2 tsp of Cinnamon (Saigon), & 1 cup of water.

@MargaretG Crafting a cup of coffee this way makes for a more unique and delicious cup of caffeine. My pleasure. 👍🏼

I totally agree. I'm transitioning my diet over to a 70/30 ratio. Increasing my plant-based consumption is a personal goal. I hope one day it'll take over. Fingers crossed. 👍🏼😀 @Rachna
