@Rachna I think the picture makes the sauce look thick but it's just broth. I just brought the bone stock to a boil and added the turkey and vegetables to it.

I had the same yesterday, but made with vermicelli instead of rice! Equally carby goodness =)

@Rachna I've been meaning to cook with vermicelli! Someone posted a picture of lemon rice and that's all I could think of, ALL day, so I had to make some!

=) I love lemon rice so much. My mom whipped up a vermicelli-based version, which happens to cook much faster than rice, so it's a good back up if you're in a rush.
