mrscorco 8yr @Rachna I think the picture makes the sauce look thick but it's just broth. I just brought the bone stock to a boil and added the turkey and vegetables to it.
Broth, ginger, scallion, coconut aminos, sesame oil, enoki mushrooms, shitake mushrooms, and bok choy + ramen = 🍜 #30minutedinner

mrscorco @akhilg2002 yes, but I had made the ginger-scallion sauce ahead of time! Otherwise it was super fast to chop the mushrooms, throw in the ramen, bok choy and other ingredients!
