Asparagus=Spring. Goat Cheese and Asparagus Galette with a yogurt thyme crust. This crust is so buttery, it's halfway to puff pastry! Without all the work 😉

Indian spices flavour mah lunch ☺️ Coriander and cumin seed sautéed chard with an egg dusted with grated turmeric. Worth the yellow fingers!

Waste not, want not. Roasted off radishes, leaves included. Drizzled with olive oil, salt and pepper and 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Make a lemon yogurt aioli and the perfect appetizer is born ☺️☺️ Have made this twice now, it's so yummy.

Nadan Mutta Curry. Dinner. Eggs, spicy curry sauce and smoked basmati rice. Oh yes. Just wish we had some appam to soak up the sauce dripping down my chin 😄

What a German mother and her two daughters make for dinner: Reuben Sandwiches. And the best garlicky pickles, and Hefeweizen beer to wash it all down!

Today is Pi Day, so I knew what I'd be baking this morning. In honour of 3.14.15 a Cocunut Rum Chess pie has emerged from the oven. Snuck in some cardamom bitters. Everyone go have some pie!
