  • sugardetoxme Love having bee pollen in my yogurt, but the apiculturist that I buy it from suggests only have a couple tsps full every morning.
  • garv @sugardetoxme it's fab & pure proteins. It is better to have a little to get the body used to it , prevents any allergic reaction. Try it in a smoothie sometime !

Lettuce was a cooked vegetable, before it became mainly a salad ingredient (like spinach). Topped my ramen with windowsill-grown greens πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

  • etsummer I always think it's funny how spinach is often cooked but you don't see many other more delicate greens prepared in the same way. This looks great!

  • Brianne Somehow smoothie bowls are so much more satisfying than smoothies. Something about eating it with a spoon vs. a straw makes it more satisfying.
