JenniferEmilson I do something very similar. Steaming keeps temperature fluctuation at a minimum! Really works.

Gwendolyn So cool! Do you then put them in soil after they start growing? As in, once the carrot starts growing it root it won't be able to sit in its shallow wish any more.
