olivettefarm @sugardetoxme nice! You can plant onions the same way, but you're more likely to get a smaller spring-like onion rather than a full size one. You'll get great greens though.

#NoFoodWaste November - the flowers on Thai basil plants are wonderful. Use them in teas, as a tasty garnish, or even put them in a small mesh bag and steep them in stews/soups.
