It's easy to forget that the veggies you love start as little seeds and seedlings. It's such a wonderful process. These littles ones are Napa Cabbage.

Still cold outside and I'm still dreaming of summer veggies. Okra is a pain to harvest, but it's such a southern staple.
Okra is actually in the same family as cotton and hibiscus. It can definitely be an acquired taste if you're new to it. How do you like to use it?
