Aah, the zucchini noodle. For a month we will become good friends. A great bed for sautéed cherry tomatoes, tuna, red onion and avocado. Add some lemon, olive oil and heat, and I got through another lunch.

JenniferEmilson Hi @Brianne I've attached the link to the Horchata recipe on my blog. It's amazing. I use both almonds and brown rice.
Instead of the usual pesto, try making scape soup. Grill the tops for a garnish!
