Lazy_Nash 8yr Overnight oats heaven in a bowl

darkchocolatepeanutbutter 8yr Chia seed pudding is great since you can make it overnight. I also agree with @Lazy_Nash, overnight oats are the bomb. Check out the Foodstand guidebook for the Avoid Sugar at Breakfast and you may find some good recipes: https://www.thefoodstand.com/challenge-groups/12-avoid-sugar-at-breakfast/guide. Let me know if that helps!

annefood 8yr Hey @bananazen92 ! Glad you're doing the Avoid Sugar at Breakfast Challenge! Smoothies are my go-to when I need to dash out the door. I put a couple large spoonfuls of plain yogurt in the blender (protein) and then fill it to the 1 cup line with almond milk. Then I add a spoonful of chia seeds (to thicken it up and make it smooth, and for protein), 1/2 a banana (either frozen or fresh), a scoop of frozen berries, a spoonful of nut butter (again, protein) and a handful of frozen spinach. I get a good amount of protein plus two servings of fruits and veggies, it's delicious, easy to drink on the road, and fuels me for the day. You can't even taste the spinach. I keep the chia, frozen banana halves, berries and spinach in the freezer so I always have them on hand. Plus then I don't have to add ice.

SallyRogers 8yr I like making a cupcake tray of egg scrambles with whatever I have on hand- things like herbs, chopped peppers, kale, onion, etc. It doesn't take much work: scramble eggs with some oil of your choice, add the mix-ins, portion out, then bake. You can quickly reheat before walking out the door every morning!

annefood 8yr Love that tip @SallyRogers !
