I add baking soda to the chickpeas as they're cooking, the skins come away so easily. It makes for the smoothest hummus ever!!! Thanks to Ottolenghi's Jerusalem cookbook! ππ»ππ»

Nice! I think I definitely need to pick up some higher-quality tahini, my last few hummus attempts have been bitter and a little funky-flavored.
