I do this to keep from snacking mindlessly and it really helps. Makes me measure things out and keeps me from going back for more and more. Because no one wants to have to write down "4 cookies" or "a large amount of pretzels but I'm not really sure how many but maybe half the bag". 😂

I've stuck to the old paper bag trick, but this seems to work much faster! Also, if you have ripe avocados that you aren't ready to eat, throw them in the fridge to slow the ripening process down 😊
