JenniferEmilson 9yr It's so much fun @Rachna The most challenging part is getting the bbq temp correct. Now that we've done it a few times, I would say: start grill at 400 degrees. Roll out the dough to about 10". Use a peel or back of a baking sheet to transfer dough to grill. Grill for about 5 minutes (till just starting to char) Remove with a spatula or tongs. Place your toppings on the grilled side and return to bbq. Drop temp to 375ish to allow the topping to cook without burning the bottom. Repeat with the rest! Have fun!!
