Yes! As usual, I make a kind of soup with all the leaves and discards and then I drain pressing hard with a meat hammer and there comes a delicious thick broth! I freeze it in portions and enjoy in different ways.
Then I juice the leaves with the juicer and there comes a beautiful and dense artichokes purée. And then I am so proud. 😉
