So fascinating! Vanilla has always been popular, but I think for some of these "fad" foods that pick up steam so quickly, we may see a similar dip in quality to keep up with demand

Too true Rachna. It's happened with quinoa, chia etc. Always been there, but then trends suddenly spike their demand and quality and pricing are the victims! @Rachna

Definitely why we need to just embrace more diversity in our diet, and not turn everything into a fad.

I was excited until I read the ingredients. If memory serves, it's load with processed sugar, fillers/thickeners, and preservatives. I'll be passing on this dangerous combo of high fat-high sugar...
