Recently went to the Western Isles and looked at crofting, a form of subsistence farming still being practiced in Scotland. Quite an eye opening and humbling experience.
Some delicious goodies I picked up at the Stockbridge Market today... definitely a must-do in Edinburgh

LesleyRozycki @garv thanks! I used a Lebanese spice mix that had black pepper, cumin, paprika, coriander, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cardamom
