Hopefully this soup will ward off any cold I may or may not be getting...

Brussels Sprout, Carrot, Cauliflower, Dried Thyme, Garlic, Olive Oil, Onion, Russet Potato, Vegetable stock, Pure maple syrup, Sriracha, Granulated Garlic

SimplySeema 8yr Yum! Sounds delicious. Have you used Turmeric before? It's a spice that may help prevent cold/flu and so colorful. -

SimplySeema 8yr @LesleyRozycki it's great and won't disappoint. Be careful though to avoid getting it on your clothes bc it stains everything yellow.

DietID_TeamDietitians 8yr You can find turmeric in most spice shops but also fresh at whole foods and then at the markets when ginger is in season. Fresh turmeric is one of my favorite things -

Recently went to the Western Isles and looked at crofting, a form of subsistence farming still being practiced in Scotland. Quite an eye opening and humbling experience.
