  • DietID_TeamDietitians @garv can't wait to see how you do! and @charlieemj - definitely jealous of this. I find that oatmeal is something I can eat more slowly because the bites are so dense. Great recipe =)
Savory pancakes and I cut the recipe in half and still didn't eat the whole batch. Put the leftovers away for another meal.

For me, regular soda isn't the problem. It's Diet Coke only. I know it's awful for me but I just love the taste.
