One of my favorite #kitchentips - cook your rice in coconut milk!
Here with brussels, tofu, avocado, a soy/sesame/ginger/garlic sauce. The coconut milk makes the rice so so so creamy and delicious, and gives the nicest subtle hint of coconut taste. #FoodRevolution

1. Grate the peel and sprinkle onto a meal or drink!
2. Lemon peels contain 10 times more vitamins than the juice!

Brianne Yes! @gustiamo and @imperfectproduce - I freeze my lemon peels and then grate them whenever I need them. It's much easier to grate frozen lemon peels =) #NoFoodWaste

First 🍆 harvest from my garden! Easiest way to prep veggies - olive oil, salt, pepper, herbs, and grill!
We got an electric grill and is the most used appliance. As much as grilling is associated with meat, it's a great addition to make veggie consumption easier.

nikkipayne21 That's always hard. I struggle with the same problem. But I just have to remind myself what I want more. I want to be healthier and my body will feel awful afterwards

davisaa It's tough to get started but once you cut them from your diet you'll lose the craving and eventually be able to avoid them completely! Good luck!
