cookiequeen15 9yr I find it helpful to eat more protein during lunch or midday and then later when sweet tooth cravings hit it's not that hard to forget about the sweets. -

unicornmeat 9yr sometimes eating fruit (bananas nearly always work for me) instead can help! they taste good and sweet - obviously not comparable with sweets etc. but you get used to it! - which maybe distracts you from the sweets in your house... :) -
