davisaa 8yr It's tough to get started but once you cut them from your diet you'll lose the craving and eventually be able to avoid them completely! Good luck!

FarmerDave 8yr There is a woman in my town who keeps her candy locked in her safe. That may be drastic, but I guess the point is out of sight out of mind.

cookiequeen15 8yr I find it helpful to eat more protein during lunch or midday and then later when sweet tooth cravings hit it's not that hard to forget about the sweets.

unicornmeat 8yr sometimes eating fruit (bananas nearly always work for me) instead can help! they taste good and sweet - obviously not comparable with sweets etc. but you get used to it! - which maybe distracts you from the sweets in your house... :)
