While doing the 'Eat Less Meat' challenge I made tacos made with refried beans instead of hamburger or chicken. They were delicious!
Beans are a great source of protein. Just replace meat with beans! Beans are healthy and taste good.

Harvest your parsley roots
We often just use the parsley tops, but you can harvest the parsley root and roast them as fries or purée them as a soup. Tastes like a creamier version of celeriac. #FoodRevolution

DietID_TeamDietitians This is my all time favorite snack. I swap in crunchy, no sugar added almond butter to switch it up. I also try it with a dash of cinnamon on top.
