About me
Food to me is so powerful. After studying nutrition in college, I immediately learned that food has the power to heal or destroy both our bodies and the planet. I revolve my life on making sure that we go in the direction of healing while not comprising taste buds. I am a board member for Slow Food SF, and now that I am expecting a child my tenacity to make sure our future generations will grow up healthy and in a clean planet has grown even stronger.

Yummy high macro breakfast. Layers of bananas and peanut butter (about 4 big tablespoons mixed with an inch of dark chocolate and heated) on toasted blueberry waffles.

Guilty free desert - walnuts, raw cacao, dates, coconut oil - put in the food processor and roll! No processed sugar, no dairy. Mmm :)
