What counts as water?
Does tea count as a glass of water since it's like herbs steeped in water? Does sparkling water count as a glass of water?

DietID_TeamDietitians Yep! Both count as water. We recommend herbal tea if you're going to replace more than 1 cup of water with tea b/c herbal doesn't have caffeine.
I learned another Indian dish to get in my veggies - Orro- roasted eggplant stewed with spices.

Apparently this is what farmers in India eat, often picking fresh eggplant and roasting it in the fields.

garv Char the eggplant & cook it with the same ingredients along with ground peanuts or you can use a bit of peanut butter. Add fennel seeds (saunf) & you have a soopah dish!

Lotta I drink water and sometimes put fruit and berries in it :) Sparkling water seems to be a popular alternative, but I personally hate the taste :D
