Lotta 8yr I drink water and sometimes put fruit and berries in it :) Sparkling water seems to be a popular alternative, but I personally hate the taste :D

DietID_TeamDietitians 8yr @RegannePreece - I totally agree with @Lotta. Putting frozen fruit in water or sparkling water is a great way to add flavor without added sugar. I also like hot cinnamon tea. The cinnamon has natural sweetness and also cuts cravings.

bananazen92 8yr Usually, when looking for alternatives to soda, I turn to tea, fruit/vegetable water, apple cider, plain water, flavored water, or even hot chocolate. There are many different types of tea that you can brew to suit your liking. Fruit and vegetable water is made by simply cutting up various vegetables or fruits and letting them sit in a pitcher of water. There are also special water bottles for these drinks, do that you put the chopped ingredient into a compartment and the ingredient flavors your water throughout the day as you drink.
