etsummer One of my favorite easy ways to use up a leftovers is naan pizzas. Whatever kind of sauce you have in the fridge (or avocado) plus roasted veggies, bits of cheese, herbs, etc.

We're eating kimchi for EVERY meal until those 10 pounds of cabbage are gone!
The first meal? Kimchi breakfast tacos! Scrambled eggs, king trumpet mushrooms sautéed with homemade kimchi (see @emilykim's post), cheese, and scallions 😋
