Festive salads are my favorite weekday meal during the holidays!
Pomegranate seeds, toasted hazelnuts and Roquefort (blue) cheese with butter lettuce are delicious and look like Christmas 🎄!
Savory pancakes and I cut the recipe in half and still didn't eat the whole batch. Put the leftovers away for another meal.
