DietID_TeamDietitians 8yr @Carina this is awesome!! You'll definitely feel cravings the first few days - it's totally normal. I find that a piece of fruit or a cinnamon tea has helped me fight the sugar cravings because the natural sweetness works just as well.

garv 8yr Well done! Some sane advice, as always from @annefood ... just adding to it, plan your meals & keep the gaps between meals restricted to 3-4 hours, helps cut the cravings big time!
