DietID_TeamDietitians awesome #pescetarian-friendly dish. If you swap the dashi, then it's also #vegetarian friendly!
-
gingerandchorizo Thanks @Rachna! You can make vegetarian dashi by skipping the bonito flakes, use dried shiitaki mushrooms instead and keep the kombu as it mimics the taste of the sea! #kitchentips :)

DietID_TeamDietitians Ahh so smart!!!
Fresh pasta is a great way to use up the last bits of veg in the fridge #nofoodwaste

I had 3 assorted #wild mushrooms, a few leaves of #local spinach and a splash of white wine left in the bottom of a bottle. Combined with 1/2 of a leftover red onion, a clove of garlic, and some he...

sugardetoxme I'm so freaking curious about this. So many people spray their lawns here to prevent dandelions from growing, which I always despised. Love seeing dandelions around!
-
Nelson paying attention to this
-
carpe_deli Haha so true @sugardetoxme , it is not the most popular green in the garden, because it spreads so quickly. But it's so pretty 😄

Papaya Beauty💛 there are many ways to use papaya and even the seeds can be used to make seasoning, which I will try out. #nofoodwaste

-
sugardetoxme Let us know how the papaya seed use goes. Always hate throwing seeds in compost. When you do it mark #kitchentips so we can find it!
-
garv Raw papaya is a super meat tenderiser & all natural at that !#kitchentips
-
carpe_deli Will do @sugardetoxme !
I opt for fingerling potatoes when they are available for speedy dinner options #kitchentips #FoodRevolution

I was feeling pretty sick, but a fresh dinner using fingerling potatoes actually is pretty quick because they don't take as long to cook, and they are easier to cut when you aren't feeling so hot

JenniferEmilson Some of my faves to cook up!!
Homemade Granola

I've fallen in love with making my own granola! You can add whatever -grains, nuts, seeds, dried fruits, etc.- you'd like and usually it's much cheaper than buying it prepackaged.
-
annefood Welcome! Homemade granola is such a great way cut costs and sugar intake. #kitchentips
-
lauren Nice! I always end up accidentally burning my granola... Any tips?
