Thanks @Rachna! You can make vegetarian dashi by skipping the bonito flakes, use dried shiitaki mushrooms instead and keep the kombu as it mimics the taste of the sea! #kitchentips :)

Congrats on the styling project! Looks gorgeous as always. I just made tahini dressing for the first time in a while- I had forgotten how much I love it.
