Our usual Sunday meal! This one is just a simple sauce made with cherry tomato and basil. I cook the tomatoes in a cast iron pan slowly until they are slightly caramelized and develop a deep flavour.

Kohlrabi kimchi - my first time to make Korean style kimchi, I include the leaves and the long thin stems. Tastes very good already.
