About me
I'm a foodie. Coming from a country where there's a lot of food with too much of carbs and calories, I'm so "toasted". Lately I tried drinking less sweet drinks except for Coffee Bean hot chocolate. I never miss drinking water. I bought lots of mineral water. Tap water not good and it taste weird. And lately I've been drinking Apple Cider Vinegar. It works fine from time to time, so it's good.
I've been drinking apple cider vinegar to stop my cravings but it didn't quite work. It has been a week. Was goes wrong?

annefood Hey @fitorious ! Have you tried drinking sparkling water with pieces of fruit in it? That helps me when I'm craving something sugary. Also, check out the Avoid Sugar Guidebook...

GGShah I've never tried vinegar, but what has worked for me is to have sparkling water always around. I realized my soda addiction was really about the fizz. Now I've just gotten creative with what I put...

darkchocolatepeanutbutter I definitely agree with @annefood! If you have any favorite teas, you can drink those hot or cold.
I drank Apple Cider Vinegar with water. I went to the toilet about few times today.

sgramm I always have 1 glass of water in the morning with 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in the morning - it adds a tiny bit of flavour and I love it. I've never experienced problems of that nature...

fitorious @alizehmehdi I mix only 2 tablespoons and water, that's all. I did put a tablespoon of honey and a bit lemon. It was good.
