annefood 8yr Hey @fitorious ! Have you tried drinking sparkling water with pieces of fruit in it? That helps me when I'm craving something sugary. Also, check out the Avoid Sugar Guidebook https://www.thefoodstand.com/challenge-groups/1-avoid-soda/guide . There are some snack ideas in there, as well as some additional recipes that help you fight cravings.

GGShah 8yr I've never tried vinegar, but what has worked for me is to have sparkling water always around. I realized my soda addiction was really about the fizz. Now I've just gotten creative with what I put in my plain fizzy water. Hope that helps you @fitorious.

darkchocolatepeanutbutter 8yr I definitely agree with @annefood! If you have any favorite teas, you can drink those hot or cold.

fitorious 8yr @annefood pieces of fruit as in a real fruit that's cut up into pieces n put them in the sparkling water? I tried sparkling water before. It has that weird taste. But a little bit of flavour won't be that bad I think.

annefood 8yr @fitorious exactly! You can use fresh berries, orange slices, lemon slices, chopped/sliced kiwi or peach, pineapple and even chopped mint leaves—whatever you like. Smush them with a spoon a little bit so that the fruit releases some flavor. Or you could use frozen berries instead of ice cubes!
