This was a delicious vegetarian sandwich full of hummus, spinach, artichoke, and roasted red pepper, on grilled bread. Dining al fresco with @akhilg2002

This time, I marinated chicken with garlic, ginger, chili pepper, Garam masala, cumin, and cilantro. Quinoa and lentils were cooked with onions, tomatoes, and carrots. Ready in 30 minutes
My go-to beverage to keep my sweet tooth in check is @HARNEY's hot cinnamon spice tea.

AhmedZ I love it, the more I go deep in the non added sugar challenge, the more great tasty options I discover!! although I'm not sure about juices ':-) from what I read it's maybe not that healthy it...

DietID_TeamDietitians Yep too much juice is not the best because juice brings al the sugar without fiber and excess water. It's still better than soda, but I wouldn't drink all your fruits and veggies 😊
