Worked my magic on leftover baked potato and made gnocchi for the first time and for breakfast no less... Oh, and a sage brown butter sauce.

LesleyRozycki @Wolfpackboyz Thanks! And it was roasted for 15-20 minutes with a drizzle of olive oil, then finished with balsamic and grated pecorino.
