Got to use the fresh basil from my humble backyard to top off this delicious dish, made with chicken sausage and sautéed veggies. (Note: this was immediately topped with arugula, as I don't eat much without it!)

Brianne Did you use a slow cooker for the chicken? I started using mine after so long - with a lot of the same spices, with the bone in the chicken, and it was so moist and flavorful!
