JenniferEmilson 9yr @gingerandchorizo Not only is it a soft, lovely flavour on its own, when using it in this ice cream, it doesn't make the ice cream that funky, food colouring greeny-blue of some mint chocolate chip ice cream. My husband said I can just make this from now on. But I have so many other recipes to try! 😁😁
